Friday Faves Comin’ in Hot! It should be coming in cold because a cold front blew through Thursday and dropped the temps! Good news is we have a couple more days in the 70’s and then highs will be in the LOW 50’s if it even makes it that high! Yikes! Sweater and coat weather is upon us! What’s it like where you are? The leaves are falling fast here!

We are headed to Keeneland this Saturday! The weather is supposed to be nice. It’ll be the last “warm” day we have for while! I think I’m wearing this outfit. What do you think? 4 Ingredient Crockpot Potato Soup!

Since it’s soup season, I scoured the web for a delicious potato soup recipe! I found this one from Borrowed Bites! Check it out HERE! I listed the ingredients so you can take a look. Looks so easy and oh so yummy! What’s your favorite soup recipe?

• 3 lb russet potatoes peeled, chopped, and rinsed (8-9 cups cup into 1-inch pieces)
• 1 onion chopped
• 5-6 cups water
• 6 tablespoon butter
• 1 cup milk may need an additional cup to reach desired consistency
• salt & pepper to taste

Optional Toppings

• bacon cooked and crumbled
• cheddar cheese shredded
• green onions thinly sliced
