Easy Blueberry Pie

Looking for an easy Blueberry Pie recipe? This is for you! I’m pretty sure this is the easiest pie I’ve ever made. You can seriously throw it together in minutes. I promise!

Ingredients

4 cups fresh Blueberries
1 cup Sugar (Substitute 1/2 cup of Truvia for sugar)
1/2 cup Flour
Dash of Cinnamon
1 pie crust, thawed (2 if you like a top crust)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 Degrees
  • Spread Pie Crust into pie pan
  • Mix all 4 ingredients in a bowl
  • Place in Microwave for 4 minutes
  • Stir
  • Pour into pie pan
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.

Let cool. Serve with Cool Whip, Ice Cream, etc.

Do you bake a lot? I’m not really considered a baker! I make pies for holidays and maybe a few times during the year. But, I don’t bake them regularly for dessert after a weekday meal. Do you serve desserts after every meal or is that a thing of the past? Interestingly, my 95 year old mother-in-law offers dessert after every meal. It may just be ice cream but it’s dessert.
